The Rental Agreement leaves you with the entire risk for all loss and damage to rented merchandise, subject to this damage waiver.
Paying this damage waiver fee relieves you of all responsibility for damage to the rented merchandise. You will still be responsible for late fees and for replacement costs of merchandise not returned after rental.
