Inventory
We first capture the loss by conducting thorough, on-site, room-by-room inventories that save time for you and provide a reliable record of a home’s contents. Proper inventory identifies all of the lost items, as well as the rooms to which the items will be returned. We then transport items to our facility where every item is tagged and logged into our computer system, specifically developed for the unique needs of restoration dry cleaning.
Invoicing
We provide you with a detailed invoice within 24 to 48 hours of job pickup so that you can close claims quickly. You will receive a line item inventory of cleaned garments and unsalvageable garments.
Restoration
Whether a claim involves smoke, soot, odor, water or exposure to mold, we offer effective, efficient cleaning for your customers’ clothing and household textiles, including a mold remediation program and an ozone room for smoke damage remediation. Rush service is available for garments needed immediately.
Storage
The clothes and other fabric items are packaged and stored safely at our facility until they are ready to be returned. Long-term storage is available to the insured until the restoration of their premises is complete.
